According to information from the China National Intellectual Property Administration dated August 19, Two Chinese companies have filed a patent entitled A Color Paste for Vinyl Silicone Rubber and Its Preparation Method. The publication number is CN122587489A, and the application number is CN202610972919.X.
As stated in the patent abstract, the invention discloses a color paste for vinyl silicone rubber and its preparation method. The color paste is prepared from raw materials comprising modified carbon black, hyperbranched polyester dispersant, vinyl silicone oil, platinum catalyst and hydrogencontaining silicone oil. The modified carbon black is obtained by subjecting carbon black to acid activation treatment, followed by graft modification of the resultant product with hyperbranched polysiloxane. The hyperbranched polysiloxane is synthesized via hydrolysispolycondensation of methyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane and 3mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane. The hyperbranched polyester dispersant is prepared as follows: hyperbranched polyester is synthesized with trimethylolpropane as the core and 2,2bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid as the AB₂ monomer; the polyester is endcapped with 10undecenoic acid to introduce double bonds, and then reacts with mercaptoacetic acid through thiolene click reaction to introduce thiol groups. The color paste of the invention can undergo chemical cocrosslinking with the silicone rubber matrix. It delivers dual functions of coloring and reinforcement with excellent overall performance, and is applicable as a color paste for vinyl silicone rubber.
